De las relaciones comerciales, surge la fidelización de clientes y las políticas de calidad. Hoy en día es común encontrarnos en entornos donde coexisten diferentes idiomas; la clave para la prestación de un buen servicio dentro del comercio reside en el trato al cliente. Sería imposible obtener resultados eficaces en casos donde el responsable del trato al cliente no entendiese lo que éste nos pide; así el curso persigue que el alumno de manera básica pero perfeccionada, se inicie en el inglés básico para dependientes de comercio, para poder desarrollar eficazmente las estrategias y políticas de la empresa.
Los objetivos del curso se centran en enseñar al alumno a nivel básico de inglés en cuestiones como entender y utilizar las expresiones básicas para satisfacer necesidades concretas del cliente; presentarse y presentar a otros; y a interactuar de forma simple con los clientes. |

El curso te prepara para poder desarrollar relaciones afines al comercio con clientes de lengua inglesa. De manera básica e iniciativa el curso te enseña las expresiones inglesas más utilizadas en las relaciones comerciales y en la prestación de un servicio de atención al cliente. |
